This data will only be used on the social media network in question. It is not added to any processing system.\n\nIn accordance with the rights conferred by the current regulations on Personal Data Protection, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression and opposition, exercising them before the ECOTIC FOUNDATION, by sending your request to the postal address indicated above or by e-mail to the following address  <a href=\"mailto:ecotic@ecotic.es\">ecotic@ecotic.es<\/a> in accordance with the GDPR, taking into account the following:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Access: Defined by the function of the social media network and ability to access information in the users\u2019 profiles.<\/li>\n \t<li>Rectification: It can only be satisfied in relation to information that is under the control of FUNDACI\u00d3N ECOTIC, for example, deleting comments posted on the page itself.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Normally, this right must be exercised with the social media network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Suppression and\/or Opposition: As in the previous case, it can only be satisfied in relation to information that is under the control of the ECOTIC FOUNDATION, for example, to stop being linked to the profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe ECOTIC FOUNDATION will carry out the following actions:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Accessing to the profile\u2019s public information.<\/li>\n \t<li>Publication in the user&#8217;s profile of all information already published on the page of the ECOTIC FOUNDATION.<\/li>\n \t<li>Sending personal and individual messages through social media channels.<\/li>\n \t<li>Updating the status of the page where user profiles are posted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nUsers can control when and how they connect, eliminate content they are no longer interested in and restrict who they share their connections with, in their privacy settings.\n\n<strong>Publications<\/strong>\n\nThe user, once linked to the page of ECOTIC FOUNDATION, may publish in the latter comments, links, images or photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. Users must hold the rights to anything they post or have consent from the owner or copyright or intellectual property rights holders. Posts, whether texts, images, photos, videos, etc, that infringe or could be seen as infringing on morals, ethics, good taste, decorum or intellectual or industrial property rights are strictly prohibited. In these cases, the ECOTIC FOUNDATION reserves the right to immediately remove the content, and may request the permanent blocking of the user.\n\nThe ECOTIC FOUNDATION will not be responsible for the contents freely published by a user.\n\nUsers must take into consideration that their posts will be seen by other users, so they are responsible for their own privacy.\n\nThe images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any file by FUNDACI\u00d3N ECOTIC, but they will remain in the Social Network.\n\n<strong>Contests and promotions<\/strong>\n\nThe ECOTIC FOUNDATION reserves the right to carry out contests and promotions, in which the user may participate. The rules for any such actions carried out on the social media platform will be posted on that network.
