FUNDACIÓN ECOTIC informs users that it has proceeded to create a profile on the Social Networks Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and YouTube, with the main purpose of advertising its products and services. Users may access, at any time, the social media network’s own privacy policy and change their privacy settings as needed. The ECOTIC FOUNDATION has access to and processes the user’s public information, in particular, the user’s contact name. This data will only be used on the social media network in question. It is not added to any processing system. In accordance with the rights conferred by the current regulations on Personal Data Protection, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression and opposition, exercising them before the ECOTIC FOUNDATION, by sending your request to the postal address indicated above or by e-mail to the following address ecotic@ecotic.es in accordance with the GDPR, taking into account the following:

• Access: Defined by the function of the social media network and ability to access information in the users’ profiles.
• Rectification: It can only be satisfied in relation to information that is under the control of FUNDACIÓN ECOTIC, for example, deleting comments posted on the page itself.

• Normally, this right must be exercised with the social media network.

• Suppression and/or Opposition: As in the previous case, it can only be satisfied in relation to information that is under the control of the ECOTIC FOUNDATION, for example, to stop being linked to the profile.

The ECOTIC FOUNDATION will carry out the following actions:

• Accessing to the profile’s public information.
• Publication in the user’s profile of all information already published on the page of the ECOTIC FOUNDATION.
• Sending personal and individual messages through social media channels.
• Updating the status of the page where user profiles are posted.

Users can control when and how they connect, eliminate content they are no longer interested in and restrict who they share their connections with, in their privacy settings. Publications The user, once linked to the page of ECOTIC FOUNDATION, may publish in the latter comments, links, images or photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. Users must hold the rights to anything they post or have consent from the owner or copyright or intellectual property rights holders. Posts, whether texts, images, photos, videos, etc, that infringe or could be seen as infringing on morals, ethics, good taste, decorum or intellectual or industrial property rights are strictly prohibited. In these cases, the ECOTIC FOUNDATION reserves the right to immediately remove the content, and may request the permanent blocking of the user. The ECOTIC FOUNDATION will not be responsible for the contents freely published by a user. Users must take into consideration that their posts will be seen by other users, so they are responsible for their own privacy. The images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any file by FUNDACIÓN ECOTIC, but they will remain in the Social Network. Contests and promotions The ECOTIC FOUNDATION reserves the right to carry out contests and promotions, in which the user may participate. The rules for any such actions carried out on the social media platform will be posted on that network. Always in accordance with the LSSI-CE and any other regulations that may apply. The social media network doesn’t sponsor, back or administrate our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with them. Advertising FUNDACIÓN ECOTIC will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services, in any case, if it decides to treat your contact data for direct commercial prospecting actions, it will always be in compliance with the legal requirements of the current legislation on data protection and the LSSI-CE. The fact of recommending the ECOTIC FOUNDATION’s website to other users so that they can also enjoy the promotions or be informed of its activity shall not be considered advertising.
