"Tú Eres La Llave", with the collaboration of ECOTIC, has carried out more than 1,000 informative activities in 2023.

In a significant step toward environmental awareness, the You Are The Key’program, supported by the Government of Castilla-La Manchahas reached more than 30,000 people by 2023 through more than 1,000 outreach activities. At ECOTIC we are proud to have collaborated in this initiative, focused on promoting proper waste management, with emphasis on selective collection, reuse and recycling.

These activities, coordinated by the Extended Producer Responsibility Collective Systems (EPRCS), have been carried out in 250 municipalities in the five provinces of the region, covering diverse environments, from educational centers to markets, youth centers and associations.
You Are The Key
has effectively addressed essential issues such as recycling, separation, repair and management of light packaging, paper, glass, electrical and electronic equipment, as well as bio-waste.

The Castilla-La Mancha Environmental Education Strategy, promoted by the regional government, has proven to be effective in integrating environmental education and taking it to different segments of society.

ECOTIC

celebrates this comprehensive approach, which has enabled around 90,000 people to participate in various outreach activities since the strategy was implemented.
